Hello! I have a pretty awesome idea for a WB, but it would probably be ruined if the program icons were present on the taskbar buttons. Is there a way to hide them, or any kind of work around? I'm pretty sure the answer is a resounding "no"... but I thought I'd ask. Thanks in advance.

unfortunately, there no way I know of, of removing the icons on taskbar buttons. you can hide the quicklaunch and systray icons but i think that's as far as it goes.

Actually, you can - but only on vertical TaskBars. A left content margin of about -24 to -27, depending on the button image, does the job. Same trick as moving the End Session Text off the End Session images.

Daiwa's tip for the day.

Unfortunately, doesn't work for horizontal bars - the icons move off the buttons but still display. Personally, I find the icons kind of handy (the whole point of icons, after all). The option to toggle off the icon would be something worth asking for in future versions of WB, though.

Now, get to work on that skin, Fridge.
